Ms. Noszczyk is an Associate at The Valesco Group. Prior to joining Valesco, she was a Manager at Hamilton Pyramid Europe, a global hotel asset manager and investor, where she helped manage 10 assets across Europe. Before her role at Hamilton, Ms. Noszczyk was an Investment Analyst at EQT Exeter, where she focused on real estate investments and asset management across CEE, closing multiple transactions involving multi-asset portfolios and development sites. She was also an Off-Cycle Analyst in the Asset Management Division at Goldman Sachs, where she supported diverse real estate investments across sectors. Ms. Noszczyk holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a First Class BA (Hons) in History and German from UCL, and is fluent in Polish and English and advanced in German.
